October 22 at 6:00 pm: Be A Mental Health Ally
With 1 in 5 Americans dealing with mental health struggles, we all know someone that’s affected by it. Learn how to help your family, friends, neighbors and community by becoming a mental health ally. 

November. 3 at 6:30 pm: Grief and the Holidays
So many of us have lost people we love over the past few years. You're not alone: it's okay to feel grief, sadness, and anxiety during the holiday season. Learn B.E. C.A.R.I.N.G. strategies and tools to use during the holidays.

November 12 at 2:00 pm: Roll with It: Building Resiliency with Improv
Improv comedy-based games and exercises will help participants navigate through tension, connect with each other, and build resilience. Resilience is a muscle that can be exercised and strengthened. Improv can help us get there.

November 17 at 6:30 pm: Practicing Gratitude
Improve your mental health through the cultivation of gratitude. Deepen your understanding and implementation as a daily practice.

November 29 at 6:30: Journaling for Health
In this digital age, there are underappreciated benefits to writing your thoughts down with actual pen and paper. We'll talk about ways and whys: how can journaling be an effective tool for growth and healing? what are some creative ideas to get you started?  Supplies will be provided.

December 1 at 6:30 pm: Reflections and Intentions: Preparing to Start a New Year
Instructor Rebecca L. Farrell, Ph.D., LPCC-S (KY) has over 20 years in the mental health field and will explain strategies and tips to deepen your understanding and helping of others.
