Join the Hays County Food Bank in a hands-on cooking class on the first Wednesday of every month from 6:00-7:00 pm. Learn about nutrition and kitchen safety while making a recipe! Lessons taught during the cooking series include kitchen safety, reading recipes, food storage, how to measure, nutrient retention, and more. This class is presented in-person and is geared for teens and adults.

Preschool storytime offers children ages 3-5 opportunities to interact with the story time experience through songs, rhymes, movement rhymes, and longer stories. No registration required but space is limited. Please pick up your storytime ticket at the front desk. Tickets are required to enter storytime and are available as soon as the library opens on the same day as storytime.
